The Were-Seagulls that has appeared from last spring has been multiplying over the summer and attacking the dock workers. While most of them are able to defend themselves in some capacity, the association has stated that defense is not supposed to be their concern at all. A representative from the Diamond Defenders has this to say "We admit our fault in this matter. To us adventurers, Were-Seagulls are just a mere nuisance. Days All These Happened: [Day 300] Guild: LearnersInitial PP: 4 Means of Completion: This Part is Written by the Anderson: Seagull problem are more prevalent in western part of the world, according to our research and correspondence with academy in western, the following method should deter seagulls, this is the best method short of eradicating the whole species 1. Decoys and Scarecrows, this is simple enough, we can teach deckhands and harbour kids to make and fly kites near the rooftop or where the ships congregates, this work as leisure activity for the kids as well as detering the seagulls, some enchancement and influence magic can be used to make the device sturdy enough and has ability to deter, we can ask other Scholar in magic to help us with this regard
2. Lacing the rooftop and ship hull with spikes or nets, this function to limits area that is perchable by the seagulls, and if possible detaining them, if possible, wind up mechanism are implemented with this device to make it able to spring forward and catch the gulls, there are risk associated with this however, but there is enough mechanical book in library, and combined with sailor ingeniousity to rig everything, this might work, perhaps assitance of someone with Silver Tongue from the guild can help talking about this idea with the sailors
3. Installing reflective material within the vantage points of dock, latest research indicates that seagulls see things differently than us, and lights on their eyes are able to distract them, manuals of optic work and installation should be available in library, if possible make simple printouts so everyone can install their own optic device if needed, someone with Observant can help scouting vantage points for device installation
4. Probably the hardest part to do, seagulls are attracted to their own scent, so increase in harbour hygiene would be the most impactful method, minimizing the spillage of cargo and ship waste, scrubbing ships and buildings alike of seagulls remains would also help, there ought to be talk with harbour official about this, perhaps being a Mediator and have capabilities to Influence people might give us slight edge in this discussion, more cost are better than no business after all - Signed, Anderson from Learners GuildDispatched member : Cruora, Lucius, Anderson

Guild Action Success! 2 XP gained! PP required is 4!
It seems that, initially, the dock workers are set to have a total eradication of the were-seagulls. They are pretty opposed to any changes made to the docks and its facilities, being most them are an old salt and are hard to change. However thanks to the tireless work of the silver tongued members of the guild and the skilled mediators, they agree to the upgrades, once they are convinced that these upgrades can help.
Thanks to the upgrades, most were-seagulls now stays away from the dock. Only the bravest ones stays close and they can easily be handled by one or two city guards provided by the Roundtables. Also with the upgrades, the seagulls are not eradicated, they stay in the foodchain, but looks for their food elsewhere.
