You walk the streets of Geiselburg, for your daily errands, lunch breaks, or maybe just to calm your mind. Whatever it is and wherever you walk, you notice a new addition to the city.
Freed slaves. The live on the streets of Geiselburg. This has been a trend lately. Adventurers receive quests about a suspicion of illegal human trade. They swoop in and dismantled the trade quickly and freed the slaves. However, these slaves have no idea on what to do with their newly gained freedom. Some of the hardy ones chooses to roam the lands of Upponia, enjoying their freedom. The other lucky ones receives rehabilitation by the larger guilds. The rest? They roam the streets of this city, as vagrant.
It seems that they hear about Geiselburg from the adventurers that rescued them. They tried their luck, but came short. Now, they're here panhandling, resorting to crimes, and even went back as slaves for the unsavory communities in Geiselburg.
Something needs to be done

Day Happened: 289-295 Guild: Silver Souls Oddjob Initial PP: 6
Means of Completion: The guild's general idea on how to deal with Slave Influx is to create an Information Center for Oddjobs and Freelance offers that are available in Geiselburg and the City-states. First step is to integrate and working together with a Camp that offers shelter to liberated slaves.
Every guildmember has their own assigned jobs and there is a long list of what they are supposed to do. They also working together in some cases to make sure the assignment are executed well.
Haze is in charge on gathering any Information about available oddjobs, from Tavern to Legal Industry, as well as to filters out all available oddjobs for whether that are really legit or leads to another slavery pitfall. Since she was a slave before, she also gives a course about Basic Sentient Rights and concept of Freedom and Self-Responsibility, with help from Themisa.
Themisa is in charge on giving course to liberated slaves about Norms, Law and Order that are in effect at Geiselburg, so they don't have to resort to criminal act in order to survive. Besides that, she also teaches about literacy and Basic Training on doing Paperwork. Last but not least, she informs about Labors' Right and Union, so they have bravery to speak up whenever there are oppression from their future employer.
Rio is supposed to working on paperwork and teaches Common to some of the liberated slaves that aren't understand Common. But seems like he's too distracted with Curry and play with him instead, so either Haze or Themisa are constantly reminds him about what he supposed to do.
Nella is in charge on teaching Common and working on paperwork, with an overwatch from Erika to bolster her and in case she fuck it up.
Erika is in charge on giving Skill Development with Emphasis on Compatibility with Job Market (e.g.: ex-Mining Slave to be informed about legal mining jobs) in tandem with Gray and Themisa, as well as teaching Common Sign Language in tandem with Haze and Themisa to Translates it into spoken Common.
Last but not least, Gray is overwatching what his guildmember do whilst doing paperwork alongside Themisa.
Dealing with Slave Influx may be a short term, but working as Oddjob Information Center is definitely a Long-term project.

Guild Action Success! 3 XP Gained! Required PP is 6
In a relatively short time, Silver Soul Oddjobs has turned into a center where slaves can find re-education and basic society rehabilitation programs. Themisa leads the education program, but her lecture somehow always drone on about justice and laws. Thanks to that, the slaves are no longer criminals.
Between Citronella and Erika, they both understand and speak many languages. This helps with communicating to the slaves. Both ran their job perfectly, without any hitch. Any mute slaves, because of abuse, is now capable of CSL. Those who can speak now understand Common better.
While Haze is pushing away the liberated slaves from seedy jobs, Erika is having a hard time finding legal job for them, Gray steps in with the idea of handing them with the more menial and easier oddjobs that has been piling on at the office. If it's still not enough, they can join Themisa's Neighborhood Watch, so that they can contribute to society.
Not much has changed about the sight of liberated slaves in Geiselberg, at least where amount is concerned. Thanks to Silver Souls Oddjob, they are now truly free, and contributes to the society too.
