A headline in the newspaper reads. . .Illegal People Trade in Upponia Many adventurers has experienced a strange influx of people trades in Upponia recently. Wherever they go, they discover that some foreign faction has been trading slaves with and for the privileged. Most recently, a riverboat containing slaves of many races has been apprehended and destroyed by a band of adventurers. The slaves has been handed over to the Alliance of Iron for rehabilitation and recovery. The guild has enlisted a help of one Johann Anderson of the Learner's Guild to sift through the slavers' ledgers and documents. Obviously, while slavery is still legal in several nations and countries in Upponia, it is illegal in Geiselburg, as it's goes against the very tenet of "The Free People of Geiselburg". The Roundtable Guilds has sworn to stop this kind of activity from happening ever again in Upponia. How to accomplish : Must have at least Logic 1, Learning 1, Perception 1 or Persuasion 1 (Yields different results). Completes in (25/Attribute Score) days (rounded up, doesn't have to be consecutive days). Contact NotSolidSnake/MotherCreator in Discord if you want to take thisAvailable beginning from DAY 242

Justice is subjective, so I have to see it by my own eye --RedThe Influx of slave has disturbed the guilds of Geiselburg, but sometimes, even the wicked can change. Justice byn Freedom is Hasty as usual, his shining paragon of justice often forget that some people are making a living from this trade but this is a good opportunity to do something
With his connection as [Fugitive], Red snoop around in bar and dark place to get some acquaintance to help him apply as one of slaver by being a [Tiefling] , [Fugitive] , and [Whip User], he will try to blend to the rank of slaver to find out any weak link Preferably the one that wanted to quit this job because their conscience using his [Persuasion] to show sympathy and empathy
If he cannot convince anyone to quit while saving the slaves, he will try to subtly plant bomb here and there, and on the destined day, he will blow the slaver sleeping quarters, burning their sins in explosions and contacted Justice byn Freedom that the slaves is freed and his turn is up now ( while pretending caught in explosion too so the slaves won't know that he is alive ) ( for all they know Red is just another slaver too )

Anderson, talking to the captain of slaver investigation surely there is something in here right?
It doesn't make sense at all, what's with this sudden influx of slaves suddenly appearing in Geiselburg is this some kind of new recruitment type, or someone slip up and now their movement are surfaced Either way, there must be some kind of explanation, some kind of inkling of these situation Their report should reflect something, as bad as it maybe, surely there is atleast destination, or origin, or purpose of the slaves that are being traded
Maybe they use secret code and hidden ink to disguise the actual report beneath of what can we uncover, if that is so cracking down the report should prove something worthwhile

'What the hell are they doing here?', Haze wonders
She investigates where the hell did they come from and intention of their illicit business by stalking numbers of slavers. She disguised herself as a pilgrim that worships Lumos as she stalks the slavers in close proximity yet far enough to not spook those slavers. She also tries to picking up some rumors on the streets, inns, and taverns, thanks to her perk as a [Street Rat] back in Poltavia and contacting fellow [Fugitives] to grab further intels regarding to slavers that operates in Geiselburg recently.

For Kaingar{DAY 251} You visit the more seedy areas of Geiselburg to see if you can spot any clues about the traders. A small tavern, a local watering hole for the people in the slum has started to recruit the freed slaves as their helpers, in shifts. You visited this tavern and found out that there's a clear division between these slaves. There are ex-slaves who look more human, like elves and dwarves (and of course human themselves). These people doesn't have any mark on them, aside for the signs of abuse by the slavers.
Then there's the more exotic species like Tiefling, Dragonborn, Beastfolks, and even Tritons. These ex-slaves have some mark on them, a brand if you will. On their forehead is a burn scar in the shape of a Raven's talon. Almost as if it's gripping the ex-slaves head. These ex-slaves are mostly women too. That or some androgynous male specimen mixed in between them.

For Red{DAY 251} Thanks to your extensive connection, you managed to root out one slaver who's looking to get out of the trade. You know that this guy is scared shitless, especially after the Riverboat incident. Scared enough to hesitate to spill his guts. However, after days of constant persuasion, you managed to get him to talk. He tells you that there's two different slaver factions active in Upponia right now. He won't tell you which one he's from to avoid getting hurt. He tells you that these two factions has been trading slaves with each other. Both factions has different type of slaves to be traded off. One faction is more foreign and the other is more local but trades in non-humanoid races.
He also tells you that there's another guy that's chasing both faction. Assassinating leaders from both faction, one at a time. He also tells you that the assassin will not stop at nothing. He saw the assassin put a bow through a slave just to kill one of the slaver's leader. This is why he's scared and want out of the business. He's planning to bail out of Upponia and start a farm somewhere in an island the Spice Isles

For Anderson{DAY 280} On DAY 267, boxes and boxes of documents arrives at the Learner's Guild. Understandably, you are overwhelmed to your core. However, your strong will pushes you to persevere and hunker down to glean any information from these documents. Turns out, what the Alliance of Iron did was just cleaning the documents, repair them and rewrite some that are still readable. Thanks to Rumi'i killing spree in the slaver boat, most of the document has been damaged by blood.
It takes a little less than 2 weeks for you to gain information from these documents, and you did your best. Most of these were ledgers. Proof of purchase. The details sickened you to the core. Included on those documents are the. . . specifics of the slaves. Build, teeth cleanliness, intelligence, likeliness to rebel, bust size, pacificity, etc. Things that makes a person a good slave. However you also find out that they rotate by settlements and cities to hold the trade. They never hold a trade in a same place twice in a row. Sometimes in Fleigen, sometimes in Benathia, sometimes in Geiselburg, sometimes in City-States. But always in a hidden and secret place. You also find a list of "Lieutenants" from each side of the trading factions. Their name is hidden by some sort of key-pair encryption. But one name was left open. "Malcolm". You are confident that this "Malcolm" person holds the key to unveiling the other names. You are also confident that there are a master list out there that has all the names open.

You visited this tavern and found out that there's a clear division between these slaves. There are ex-slaves who look more human, like elves and dwarves (and of course human themselves). Your connection to the underworld of fugitives told you that there's a figure amongst these slaves. One that summons the avenging raven. One by the name of Forlace Pailmiss. You find out that this woman is a saint among slaves. When the avenging raven comes by, this woman hurriedly gathers all the slaves to organize an escape. She also does the same when adventurers stumbles upon a slavers' den. It was said that she disguises herself as a slave and infiltrate the slaver's dens.

Asfuld's Notebook "If the news are to be trusted, something vile is happening around here. Slaves.... it's a horrendous thing, everyone should be free... not stuck in a cage. My mission in that fort before shown that maybe those slavers are connected to the cultist. I can't let this happen to anyone. I will scout around the area to find something"
Asfuld [climb] up the tall buildings of the city at night, jumping from roof to roof. With his [blind sight] he try to scout for any interesting character from a far. After finding few slavers he track them until midday, where they enter society under guise of normal citizen. There Asfuld try to get as close as they can to them in the crowd and get a good whiff of [scent] while bumping shoulder into them on purpose on a busy crowd. He aim to do this until he get a good collection of scent and a face to put it in his memory.
Milo will act like a stray dog and stand guard on where the slavers activities are. He will act like rummaging the trash and run away when approached.

"Well at least Han is forthcoming about his involvement in the slave business" - Daraglin Kalikhtar
I'm a new kid in town. I have no qualms with Han. He's not really a "Good Man" in my book even before his involvement in the slave business shows up on my map but still, he's a merchant with an atmospheric probability that he has connections to highly influential circles that i have no idea of. He could have the whole city under his thumb. I've been trading all my life and i know how to call a bluff, and i'm pretty damn sure he's not bluffing. I need to find out more about this. Don't have to "Report it to the Guilds" or any of those stuff just yet. I only need a better hand when the cards inevitably be laid upon the table. He knows that I know that he has a good hand. This won't be easy.
I'll start with asking around the local merchants around here. Routines, people he knew, people he met, places he visits, where does he buy his clothes, his food, where does he gets water from, where does he drink, and all things mundane. Shouldn't be too hard since i know most of these people and if not, hey new business connections. Being a [Merchant] does have it's perks around here.
With all the information gained from my (and his) fellow merchants i can at the very least start to piece together some sort of a information database and a "Spider Web". Who else are involved, where do they meet, how do they exchange information, where do they gather, what's their next step, anything and everything that i can trace to and from Han, i'll try to uncover. This is a game with many pieces on the table. Han is just one of them. It won't be easy though. People hide and embellish facts to gain an upper hand for themselves. They might try to take out Han with false statements, or hide their involvement to ensure that they don't have a target painted on their back. Hell they might even protect Han. Speaking for him and defending him. Lying for Han. But one thing is certain. The truth is hidden underneath the sea of lies and embellishment. Just have to trace the line with [Logic] and common sense. It would be funny though to see my workshop cart be filled with papers and threads on the inside. At least it's not out in the open.

For AsfuldYou do not receive any downtime before your debut, which is DAY 304. Below result is valid when you have stated a proper downtime after your latest session day. {DAY UNKNOWN} You make your way to some of the cities and towns around Geiselburg to stalk the people you want.
Thanks to your sharp senses you managed to follow some shady people around. Being a hunter of Fairy Tail also gave you stealth advantage. You never got identified by these people when you're following them.
Some of the people you followed turns out to be just your run-off-the-mill shady guys and nothing more. But some other do hit the criteria of being a slaver. You've managed to eavesdrop some conversations about trading slaves. You follow these people around after their deal talks. But somehow after just a second of blind spot, in an alley, a sewer, a backroom of a pub, or some discreet places, you always arrive at them with a bow on their head. It looks like someone else is hunting these slavers too. One, time, you did caught a glance of someone in green hood wielding bow and arrows, slinking away into the shadow. And staring at him in that close second, you know that, like Milo, he can commune with nature as well.
Milo, on the other hand, finds nothing. It seems that these slavers are smart, they never use the same den twice.

For Daraglin{DAY 323} {From NotSolidSnake} Han does indeed have some questionable connection. The most obvious one are a clan of known slavers from abroad. The Ravenclaws. You tried using your merchant connection, even straining it to a point. You managed to get some information about these Ravenclaws. It turns out that these Ravenclaws comes to Upponia on the promise of raising an army of slaves using some magical power of animation granted by some red crystal, but it didn't pan out, so they resorted to regular slavery. Your connection tells you that the Ravenclaws buys non-human race slaves (dragonborns, beastfolks, tritons, tieflings) for themselves, while offloading their humanoid (elves, dwarves, humans) to the Hans. Ravenclaws also buys only young female slaves from the Hans, it seems that there are some erotic motives to the purchase.
However, your connections also told you that the Ravenclaws don't just store their stock of slaves. They are pricing some of their slaves at a high quote. These prices are only attainable by someone high up, like a noble, or a lord. Possibly to fund their operations in Upponia. You try to scour through any known ledgers, but as expected, they are obscured. You only know that someone in City-State has bought a lot of slaves from the Ravenclaws
{From Zulf} Heins Al Novare, son Of Luso Al Favore or you know him as Merchant As Han from Han's Butchery, A place where you could get exotic animal parts Suprisingly Han is simple man in geiselburg, having an old man Named Luso, and his mother passed few years ago, he regularly check with his old man every weekend, Having a family with one wife and two kids, work clean efficient and on time, always come at morning, go home when the sun sets. He clearly separates work from family the word of Han deling with slave business is not a kept secret in merchant network, but they cannot say anything related to it because the fear of what han would do
there is a rumour he will kill any blabbermouth that spill the truth about his work to his family and trust me, he had more strings in the shadows than a spider, Guarded with many criminal and convicts he often make prisoner that just get out of the jail as his workes as part of rehabilitation program aside from doing butchery, he manages debt collector and mining company. for some Han is revered to be father of criminals and slums that needs reintroduced to society, the authority cannot do anything because han public image that often do events of charity, and regarded as good man in slums area
as you manages to dig this deep you get a letter to your place, sealed with wax, but no insignia it only reads "We know, Pry no further, Merchant"

"Slavery... even under the tyranny of the Old King... is forbidden. And we Geiselburg Royal Guardsmen were ordered to dismantle it!" - Scylla Chrysalis
Scylla was more than surprised at the influx of slaves throughout Geiselburg, considering that she was once a part of a major effort to curb slavery throughout Upponia. However, she was just a mere guardsman back then, following and executing orders given from her superiors. Even so, the half-Dragonborn used her available [Logic] and Profession [Guardsman] gained during her short tenure as a Royal Guardsman to find out information about the slavers, utilizing the basics of investigation. First, she went to Alliance of the Iron Block to gain basic information, while at the same time, carefully chatting with freed slaves who worked under Silver Soul Oddjobs.

For ScyllaAssuming you leave DAY 334 empty{DAY 343}
By following the last thread you did, back when you're a guard for the old kingdom, you found something. All transactions have ledgers, even a discreet and illegal one such as slave trade. In your experience, illegal trade ledgers uses code word or some purchase that is hard to track. Something like gifts for a visiting nobility or charitable givings in some faraway countries would fit the bill. Now you know that when you're looking at a suspicious ledger, you know what to look for.
When you visit the Alliance of Iron, you discovered that all the liberated slaves there are turned into disciples of the guild. They are learning the way of combat, in order to be inducted into some special forces, the Valkyrie Order. They are very dedicated into their training, you're even astonished that they advanced so quickly, knowing that most of them never even held a blade before.
The liberated slaves who works in the Silver Soul Oddjobs fare differently from the ones in the Alliance of Iron. They are more concerned on integrating the liberated slaves into society, peacefully. Which means that most of them only work as far as clerical work in the guild. Some do aspire to help the work of the guildmembers, but in close supervision. They're there to gather enough capital to learn a trade and go off the society by themselves.
